UPDATE 6th MAY 2024- Any warranty service for ARIES GOLD watches, just go to Bedok Service Centre. They rectify on the spot.
Came here about 3 times before for purchase, fixing of the watch, and changing of old leather strap. Except for fixing within warranty, the other 2 times was to purchase watch and strap. The staff back then was attentive and good attitude when serving me, up until recently.
Recently I made a total of 2 trips. First I came to fix a sort of dial that's fell off from the watch. The uncle at the counter told me, technician will be here tomorrow. The worst feeling I had was that he didn't really look me in the eye, and just briefly spoke with his bacm facing me. It wasn't a busy Monday too. It was just me and another customer. And another customer was being attended by another staff. While I was enquiring at the counter, uncle was browsing Scoot tickets while briefly answering my questions. He said "tomorrow technician will be here". Then off I went. The next day I went, the same uncle was there, and when he saw me, he just point me to seek for another female staff. Most hilarious is, the female staff just told me the technician no longer working in the shop. Awful. Made me go 2 trips as though I have nothing better to do. In the end, instead of a quicker resolved, I've been asked to wait for 2-3 months of service time of my watch, before I'm able to take back. Awful. There's a lady at the nex branch, skinny and Chinese, long black hair. She's gives the worst shopping experience.
Incident 1: An Indian guy was trying out a watch. She told her colleague in Chinese, he already came before that day. (Hinting that, he is coming to try only without buying). I'm a Chinese so I can understand her words and her judgemental tone. Me and my company walked to the other watch shop, opposite the h2 hub. She followed after. We pointed to her what colour is this? She answered, "$1.2k". We did not ask her how much, but asked her, WHAT COLOUR? Her scornful tone, to a potential customer (me), feels like she is saying, don't even bother trying when you might not afford it. I went to other shops before and went to another one after, and compared to her, they were angels. They let me try out watches in a welcoming face.
Her overall demeanour: Impatient, scornful attitude Arms folded, waiting for you to get out of the shop
I came here and realised that someone also mentioned about her.
And the company replied that, it may be a misunderstanding.
As a first hand person who encounter this on Thursday night, i can tell you that it's Not a misunderstanding.

Went once to check on the status of order because I did not receive any confirmation email or text despite the amount being deducted from my card. However, she responded in very impatient and condescending tone, claiming that she does not have purview over online orders. I understood her so I gently asked her for a contact number, to which she did not bother checking and instead brushed me off rudely, asking me to just google online. Throughout this process, she was texting or being preoccupied with her phone on one hand.
The second time I visited the store to collect my order, she served me again with the same impatience and condescending tone. I checked in on the return and refund policy, and without even checking, she told me to check online because she has no business (โๆไปฌๆฒกๆ็ฎกโ) with online orders. As an official retailer and collection point, I found this baffling as even if she does not know the policy, would it not be of manners to gently let customers know even if you do not offer to help check?
