Delta Sport Hall — Local services in Singapore

Need to work on customer service. Many of times seen them gathering and talking among themselves and NOT attending to public. Activesg should look into automation and self help kiosk with video feed to a centralised customer service center, leverage on technology for better user experience.

A good example, gym was closed and the notice was on the far end. We walked past the notice into the lifts.... Activesg staffs saw but all became mute temporarily for some reasons. Upon reaching level 3, was told the gym was closed for flooring work. MSF can work with activesg to look into their quality of staff, this is not the first time having such a bad experience in Delta.
