Just did a hair makeover with Vinz. Told him I want a new colour or style but not too wild cause of my work. He did it just the way I like, loving my new hair colour 😍 .

I did a Caramel Brown. You can see some ash purple highlights as I've some bleached highlights previously 😝.

2nd visit: Did a hair treatment with Winston, he is very knowledgeable in the products he used. He still explain to me how each steps are being done and how it helps my hair. His massages is good too. Great one!

3rd Visit (2024): did a hair colour touch-up and Vinz helped me to dye medium brown with mahogany red as I told him I wanted something different for CNY but I don't wanna bleach. Really love the colour & HairCut, makes my frizzy hair easier to maintain.

4th Visit (2024): Joanne did a water spa treatment ($149) for me to cleanse my scalp, it was very relaxing with the eye mask, no pain at all. I'm totally impressed how clean & unclogged my follicles are after just 1 session. Now my scalps are cleaned! The whole treatment is around 1.5h

Just had my haircut at Ex Style which I bought from Fave. I was really curious as the reviews were almost 100% positive, and true enough I really had a wonderful experience. The salon is fairly new I guess or is just well maintained as it's really neat & posh. Haircut was done by Darren. He was so thorough and even told me how to properly take care of my hair. He also suggested the haircut style & length since I have fine, thin & wavy hair.

Apart from the nice haircut, I also loved the welcome massage, the hot towel for hands, the very thorough washing of hair with scalp, head, shoulders, nape & upper back massages. Plus there's a hot towel pressed at the nape area which was really relaxing & soothing especially when you just came from work. All of these were done by Ranee.

I loved the overall services that I was convinced to buy a voucher for my next haircut after 3 to 4 months. They were not pushovers, I was convinced to buy since I really plan to come back. I'm surely going to recommend Ex Style to my friends. Thanks, Ex Style, I hope you maintain the great quality of your service regardless of how much the client will be paying....

Vinz and Winston attended to me. I signed up for the hair colour promo. Vinz was reassuring and seemed to be quite experienced. The base colour was well recommended but the ash purple highlights which unfortunately did not even last 4 days. However I contacted them and informed them of the situation. They remedied the situation by offering a purple highlight again and out of goodwill, threw in a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. It shows that they genuinely want to make things right with the customer and they were rather apologetic about the initial hair highlight result. There was some attempt at asking me to join as a member during my first visit. I do agree that the membership offered is of good value but I’m just not the type to sign up for a membership. I’ve recommended this salon to a few friends and family members. Will drop by if I need my hair done and if my usual salon is not available. The team appears friendly and pleasant which make customers feel at ease. Thank you Vinz...
