LOEWE Marina Bay Sands Store — Local services in Singapore

I want to thank the sales associate, Paul for his excellent service. When we first stepped in, i told him i was just browsing but that didnt stopped him from serving us. He’s very attentive and patience. We felt very at ease and comfortable even there wasnt a single customer around us (which can feel abit intimidating when salesperson are cold or when customers are not around in the store.)

But that wasnt the case with Paul. Hes allowed me try any bags i wanted without any pressure. I ended up with Loewe mini gate bag tan which im super happy with.

When i got home and looked at the bag, i suddenly noticed theres a small defect on the logo area, i was anxious and immediately msged Paul at 2am. I wasn’t expecting any reply until the day after but thankfully he replied me almost immediately despite the timing. He told me exchange was possible and so i managed to get a brand new piece today without much hassle. So after sales service was definitely a thumbs up.

I’m incredibly grateful to have met Christine and her amazing team today, especially considering how busy they were with the National Day Parade rehearsals and the large crowds.

I had purchased a bag from Loewe in Madrid at El Corte Inglés (similar to Isetan), but unfortunately, the sales assistant there forgot to remove the security tag. I only realized this after returning to Singapore and, despite trying several methods, I couldn’t remove it myself.

Christine and her colleagues were kind enough to assist me, even though this issue wasn’t caused by them or the Singapore store at all. Thanks to their professionalism and generosity, they helped remove the tag quickly and with a smile.

I visited this store twice and was helped by Kaixin, a super lovely and helpful SA i’ve ever met! On my first visit, she introduced me with many other types of leather and always happily help me try on as many models as i want. I was looking for a Flamenco bag and couldn’t decide between various styles of it. She show me all of the inventory i asked and I decided to purchase 1 on mine second visit. She makes sure i got the one that fit me well and every tax refund or promotion that we need to know. I’ll definitely visit the store ag on the next vacation. Too bad that i lost her...
