My sports massage experience with Sylvester has been amazing! I am currently going through rehab for my ACL injury, and needed some help with my tight hips and legs. Within the first few sessions, Sylvester was highly aware and tuned in to my body's limitations and tight spots. He helped relieve these areas through assisted stretching, dry cupping and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). He also gave me tips to help improve my breathwork and pre-workout stretching, and these have helped me a lot!
