I came to Onn Cheong to get a diamond replaced on my necklace pendant that fallen off after wearing the necklace almost everyday for a few years. This is one of the few “traditional” jewellers to get diamonds replaced in Singapore if you did not buy the pendant from the store. I had been to other more mainstream jewellery stores in malls and they said they did not offer such a service if the necklace or pendant is not from their store. But when I walked into Onn Cheong, Wendy was very friendly and helpful. She immediately said they were able to provide the replacement, saving me a trip to another jeweller. She gave me a reasonable quotation, and suggested that I add on a service to polish/clean my necklace chain as well. When I collected my necklace and pendant, not only was the workmanship good, I also got a discount on the the original quoted price. Furthermore, she even included put my necklace into a box! Visited the store yesterday as I was looking for a pair of gold earrings. I was greeted and served by Cake K.C who was a very friendly and pleasant lady.

Cake was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and attentive. She showed me a few designs and even encourage me to try them on after cleaning each earrings with alcohol wipes.

In no time I was attracted to 2 pairs of earrings and a bracelet and ended up purchasing all 3 pieces. Great thanks to Cake who gave me good recommendations and a good deal for my purchase.
