NO STARS . Think properly. There is CompAsia that offers the same and the better. Because, after you commit, you have to deal with their terrible customer service. At first, I am very happy with their prompt response as I am a new customer. 2nd, i purposely want to get my payments done via Giro. However, it does look suspicious when I was charged that doesn’t appear Giro (like a regular store purchase, which is illegal) 3rd, really felt bothered when I requested to remove my Giro payment and kept charged automatically every month. I kept contacting their customer service yet, they’re line were always unattended. 4th, when their Audit came, asked me to pay for another month when I had finished my contract 6 months ago, in which I asked and confirmed the customer service, how many month were my balance is!!! They will try to call me every day in the middle of office hours where my duty were at peak and cant be called after 6pm onwards., which is the opposite when I opened my 1st...

Disappointing. They will let you pay first and give email confirmation even some documents is not complete. Salesperson in shop at race course road is not accomodating. They just say ,oh documents is not complete u can't take the phone but beforehand people pay already the 1st month of installment plan. So can't take the phone, document is not complete but accept the payment, don't even bother to help people settle the documents they needed. So why opt to this installment plan if u can't assist the costumer. Why need to pay first if the document is not complete? Poor service. I don't recommend and tell my friends not to buy in this...

Waste of time. Told me my application was approved yesterday and provide me with the whole goddam payment method asking for payment. But today suddenly not approved. Too many grandmother stories. Bad customer service, internal miscommunication and telling us false hope. Pathetic! How cn today approved, then the next day disapproved? Somemore have to make payment online, and only after 3 days you can collect the phone. Why sound...
