Sultan Plaza — Local services in Singapore

Poor service, very unprofessional masters. Charged 50$ to come and state that they can't perform what they were asked to do. Even though the only thing which was required is to fix 1 switch.

The reason they stated is that they can't find the same switch in Singapore - and they would have to think of some other solution next time. First google search proved this to be a lie as it provided numerous places to buy it.

After I spoke with a manager and sent him links to these websites, he replied that they can fix it for additional 150$

By the way other company came to take a look, came back and fixed it for 70$ in total.

So don't fall into a trap of good reviews on their website. If this company needs to send 2 electricians which can't fix 1 switch, imagine how many people they need to do something...
