Horrible management! Go ahead to read all the bad reviews before you decide to spend $49 to buy 1 hour playtime and only get about 30 minutes or lesser to play.
We had a very bad experience on 21st March ’25, as per the booking, it was stated that you’ll have arrive 15 minutes in advance for registration etc. but upon arriving, I saw a huge crowd waiting outside and 2 lines (L shape line) was waiting. I went over to their online counter for collection but it was closed and was told by their counter to queue behind, thus we went all the way behind to queue and after waiting almost 15 minutes, the line didn’t move at all and I saw people cutting the queue and I went to the front to ask what’s happening and the lady actually told me I should queue behind her line and not at the back, I told her that she had given me wrong instruction earlier on and no apologies was given.
Afterwards we move forward and after registration, it’s almost 3.15pm, and the person attending to us at entry told us we could have more time later to play and he apologised sincerely. We didn’t want to argue further cause it’s not their fault and we don’t have time to play also, so we went in and had a crashed course (10 seconds) and we were all the way back in line, so we took a while to move out as the whole place is full of kids and parents.
Afterwards, after a few rounds of driving around, we saw the indoor playground right in the middle and there was no instruction given on where we could park and let the kids head in, after checking we realised we will need to park at back and walk over.
By the time the kids are done with playground, it’s almost 3.45pm and we decided to drive around for last 15 minutes, but once we got back to the car and drive out to the front, the assistant told us that we will have to leave the place already & we couldn’t understand why as the time is up.
My niece started to sob cause she can’t understand why we need to leave so quickly and we went to counter to ask why we need to leave earlier and we were told earlier on that they’ll give us the extra time, during the feedback, the lady at the exit gave us a face as if we’re just some low life that is super cheapskate and trying to buy time to delay the playtime, she told us that we could go back and play more, but seriously after seeing her giving face like that, we don’t even want to head back and continue that “extra” time.
Overall, the experience is one of the worse that my sister and I ever encountered, it’s expensive, play area is small and definitely not worth your money. Please spend your hard earn money elsewhere, you’ll get a better deal and fun.
Vroom Vroom city definitely has ruined my niece’s birthday...

This was our first visit, and we were genuinely excited after seeing the ads. My 5yo was thrilled to drive the car on his own. The “mandatory 10-minute safety briefing” turned out to be just a quick 2-minute explanation by a staff member on how to operate the car — which honestly was fine since the total play time is only 1 hour. I was told I could walk beside my child on the road in case he needed help and to ensure his safety. Staff told me “try not to get hit by the cars”.
The cars are quite powerful, and there are two driving lanes. The car wash was a fun feature, but the 5-minute limit felt too short, especially since you had to requeue if your child wanted to go again.
However, the major letdown was safety: • No staff were present on the driving track to manage traffic or watch for safety issues. • Children can be seen driving in the wrong direction, ignoring traffic rules, or simply couldn’t control the cars and young ones had no parents supervision. • There was no designated walking path for parents like me who needed to assist their child, making it quite dangerous.
I was hit on the back of my foot by another car while walking beside my son — even though the other child had a parent in the car, the child was steering and ended up crashing into me. Damn painful - I bled from the injury even though they tried to brake quickly. There was no staff nearby, no first aid assistance, and no one to even report the incident to. Thankfully I brought my own band aid.
Additionally, about 7 minutes before the session ends, an announcement is made to return the car to the starting point. Then, 5 minutes before the official end time, we were told to park the car at the petrol station and walk to the exit from there. We don’t even get the full hour of play. Considering the ticket price, it felt quite unfair.

Suggestions for Improvement: • Take safety seriously — have staff stationed throughout the play area to look after the road • Install soft bumpers or padding around the cars to minimize injury risk to people on foot. • Create a safe walking path or sidewalk for parents who are supervising. • Provide first aid kits and make sure staff are trained to respond to injuries. • Allow more flexible time at stations like the car wash if there’s no queue. • Make sure we get the full play time we paid for — not cut short by early exit instructions.

It’s a fun concept and kids do enjoy it, but until the safety issues are addressed, I cannot recommend it to other parents with younger kids who may need close...
Read moreWe arrived today at VroomTown for the 10am slot, but we were met with a large cohort of teachers, parents and students from MyFirstSkool. As we already have a booking made online, we went to the counter to register. The receptionist took a photo for my child for the driving license, gave us a card for stamping and our wristbands. Then told us to wait at the tunnel. We walked to the tunnel but there was no one to assist as the staffs were busy tending to the school. We finally got to our car and were able to drive around. Me and my kid was looking forward to washing the car as well as it was a highlight my sister told me about. And when we saw the washing bay empty, we asked a staff if we could enter and they say due to some faulty issues they are closed. We were super bumped about it. We asked the receptionist about it after our session, she quickly became defensive claiming she already told us this at the start. I was baffled by her reaction but also annoyed as I do not recall her mentioning anything about the circuit condition today. I asked if there is any compensation/discount, and she said anyway I will have discount on my next session. And I said, obviously that is a given right? It’s already part of the system. And she just flatly say no, nothing she can do about it. I just felt she could have responded more professionally about the situation and not jump saying she definitely said it, when I recall she didn’t say anything about the circuit.
Furthermore, I was not the only one who asked about the washing bay. Some of the other parents also asked if the washing bay was opened. If she did told everyone, why are people still asking the same thing too?
My advice is to not buy the ticket in advance online as you get trapped, and always to ask if there is anything spoilt/closed for the day. If yes, please ask if you can get a refund from the start. Felt so cheated and shortchanged for our experience. Furthermore the receptionist needs to brush up on her customer...
