Went there for lunch on Monday. Not crowded, only 2 tables including us. Clean and tidy place. We took supreme tier buffet. So, the orders went through QR scan. Can choose one soup for hotpot. We chose Tom Yum soup. It would be btter if it is more sour and spicy. The staffs are quite attentive but they never came and changed the grill paper. Would be better if the staffs check on guests’ needs. Only have 2 tables, I don’t think they are busy also. For the Supreme tier, Wagyu only has two types (Marushin & Karubi) with 3 flavour sauces; original, teriyaki, & bulgogi. The meat are too thin. I was expecting thicker ones. Prefer original. The other two flavour sauces for wagyu are too sweet. There are many condiments for sauce. But personally, I feel like none of them match with BBQ. I need more sour and spicy sauce. Besides, you can order cheese dip through QR as part of the buffet tier. Drinks are included in the buffet. They have a few side dishes. Vegetables and other meat also. Kimchi quite okay. They got Grapefruit Pomelo, Coffee (Latte, Cappuccino, TehTerik, Bonus Soya and so on), and soft drinks. Grapefruit Pomelo is very bitter. For dessert, they only have ice-cream. Would be better if there are some fruits like watermelon. Ice-cream, they have 4 flavours and 2 cups of another flavour (which is almost finished haha). Ice-cream tastes nice. Chocolate ice-cream is the best. Provided with nuts & Chocolate Syrup as topping for ice-cream. Service is just normal for me, nothing to mention. Overall, okay lah, affordable for wagyu buffet, net price ~...

This marina square outlet has a moderate size. The table size for four was already quite cramped. There were slightly bigger table for six but table was only slightly bigger. Service was the worst based on comparison to Tampines and Bugis. For example, the hot plate paper was already so charred but no one came to change. The table next to me decided to DIY and changed themselves. We managed to get hold of waiter to come change. Later at about 1.5 hrs into the meal, a rude verbally challenged auntie waiter came to ask if she could clear our table. I told her we were still eating but I believed she gave hand signals that she had to clear the table like 3 or 4 pm. I thought our slot would be two hours. Later another male waiter, a bit challenged in speech also came to ask if they could clear the table.

Other than this annoyance. The rest of the session was alright. I want to thanks Seoul garden for making the SG60 promotion possible

Edit : 3 Jun 2025. Came again. Got improvement in service as the staff readily came to offer to replace the charred hotplate paper. However the auntie waiter was still a very offensive and rough person. Once when she came to change our paper, she would roughly throw our food to a plate. Later she seemed angry with another staff who walked past and would slam a stack of bowl loudly at the ice cream place. However she didn't come to chase us today. In view of the improvements, I am upgrading the rating...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Seoul Garden Marina branch, and I can genuinely say it was a great time—not just because of the food, but entirely thanks to the truly exceptional staff. The Korean BBQ and steamboat spread was as satisfying as ever, with a fresh selection of marinated meats and sides. However, the meal was elevated by the outstanding service provided by Evan and Sophia. From the moment we were seated until we paid the bill, they were the most friendly and professional staff members we've encountered in a long time. They were attentive without being intrusive, and their positive energy created a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. A specific kudos must go to them for their expert recommendation of sauces to pair with our selected items. It's those small, knowledgeable gestures that transform a standard dinner into a memorable experience. Their suggestion absolutely enhanced the food and showed a genuine commitment to making our dinner enjoyable. Kudos to Evan and Sophia for their professionalism and warmth. We highly recommend this branch not only for the delicious food but, more importantly, for the top-tier service. We will definitely be...

Seoul Garden offers an awesome Halal Korean BBQ buffet experience. Visited on a Sunday afternoon with ample seating available. Opted for the Premium buffet at $55 per pax, providing a variety of high-quality meats. 🥄 Taste: The beef is a standout—juicy, tender, and well-marinated. The Milky Fish soup complements the meats exceptionally well, enhancing the overall dining experience. 🌟 Service: The service staff is polite, contributing to a positive dining atmosphere. The clean and neat environment adds to the overall pleasant experience. 🍽️ Ambience: The restaurant maintains a clean and tidy ambiance, creating a comfortable setting for diners. 💰 Pricing: The Premium buffet at $55 per pax, after taxes, may seem a bit steep, but the higher quality of meats justifies the cost for a delightful Halal Korean BBQ experience. In summary, while I personally lean towards traditional Korean BBQ, Seoul Garden is an excellent choice for those seeking a Halal option, with great taste, service, and ambiance, albeit at a slightly higher price point.
