I would like to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience at your store where your staff raised his voice at me.

I was at the checkout counter when my membership did not register and the system hanged, so I went to the self-checkout kiosk to test it. While doing so, the staff member raised his voice at me and was very rude. I am a valid Watsons member. At the same time, the kiosk appeared to be hanging.
