Watsons White Sands + GNC (Click & Collect) — Local services in Singapore

I visited this branch yesterday, 9 Sep 2024 and bought 1 item. The cashier keyed in a wrong amount, higher than the item price. Thus, she had to call in her Supervisor (I guess) for the correction. They refunded me an amount in cash. But still, short by $0.20. The Supervisor, when he did the correction, charged me higher than the price as per shelf label. I asked politely to verify, but he said that that was the correct price. I left the counter and went back to the shelf and checked the label. After being very sure of the price indicated there, I went back to the Supervisor and it was obvious that he got annoyed with me. So, without a single word and with an unhappy face, he just handed the refund due to me.

But why? they were the ones who made the mistake and very unsure of their product price... It was not all about the cents ... respond...

Having the right people/staff makes a lot of difference to an extraordinary customer experience! I was greatly impressed with the Store manager's, Ms Abigail (Abby), follow-through with the teams internally to get clarification on a question I had in relation to a current online promotion which appears to be very vague.

Though my question is regarding online purchases and certainly not within her store manager scope, not only did she take the initiative to reach out to the customer service team to get more clarity, she also asked for all the relevant details to ensure that the root cause was being looked into to prevent such situation from happening again.

Such positive attitude in taking ownership is so rare and should be highly valued and appreciated by the organisation. Thank you Abby for your awesome work ethic and will certainly...

I had a bad encounter with one of your salesperson. His behaviors is truly unprofessional and unacceptable. On 5th June 2025 at approximately 2.30pm, I was browsing your store when a Chinese Watsons salesperson bumped into me without apology. He don't even have the courtesy to say 'Excuse me' if I blocked his way. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also created an unpleasant and uncomfortable...
