A smaller shopping centre placed in specific part of the city - near university and students houses area. Accessible by public transport (look for students houses) or by car.

Shops inside are limited and many are very small. It is visible, not many people visits the upper floors.

In the bottom are small supermarket and drogery store - which are well served and mostly visited.

Parking is often very busy and full.

Offers also garage parking, but it takes long times to get in/out. Outside parking is limited, but possible.

It is nice, my kids love the Funcity there and they have good offer to stay in for 3 hours price for only 1 if before noon. As for the other facilities - some shops are missing but its nice to have billa and DM drogeria so close to each other. Ive also bought some books in Matrinus there or some clothes for my kids. Nice offer for lunches too. Good bioshop. Also been to the Notary office. I think there is also an ATM but actually never seen that. Banks are missing but sure its small (not as big as Aupark or Polus). Good...

Local shopping center providing services to thousands of university students. Very few food options, well only low cost Subway and high end restaurants, but nothing for daily lunch. Billa supermarket is the most important store. Usually full parking lot because it is not regulated (e.g. 3 hrs free, then paid),. Despite many visitors come by foot the pedestrian connections are narrow and poor with missing pedestrian crossing. The neighbouring construction (stopped) does not make Cubicon look as attractive...
