If you can't find it here, Celje probably doesn't have it. This mall is large, impressively decked out for Christmas, and there are lots of intriguing little shops and cafes, as well as a couple of large supermarkets like Spar and Tuš. Plenty of toilets and they are accessible for disabled folks.
