Bad bad service, as well as customer service centre .Bought hisense top loader 14kg on 25June 2024,pd cash R4999, they say no stock,only received 19July 2024.my husband collect item and I contact them, there was water under machine in box, lady said must test machine etc,we only test machine the next week, on 14August 2024 phone her machine makes noise etc.and i make some videos.go into the store , shows videos,she book call 30Aug 2024 at Hisense,I told her we going overseas for 3months must come before end September, nobody call, nothing, when we come back machine still gave the same problem .contact lady again 29April 2025 must explain everything again, she looked in logbook, she contact hisense and they need my receipt before they can send someone, which i WhatsApp her, i told her why can you not in the first place send receipt to them. contact her that we dont want machine problem since day we collect it, we take machine to branch, explain to manager etc, he will take it further because he didn't know about this query. Today was the last time I set foot in your store, The Manager (Martin) insisted that I, the customer bring him a physical print out of the item found cheaper in order to do a price beat of a Karcher High Pressure washer.
Your cashier also mentioned that you usually do print outs for the customers from your store, but maybe only for certain customers? I have read your T&Cs and absolutely no where does it state I need to bring you a print out.
I have purchased everything I own from you and this is how you chose to treat me today. Ungrateful you are as a Manager of a store.

Edit *I now changed my review to one star, as customer service is pretty much non existent in this store. I have since walked out of this store as I was waiting for 45 min for a staff member to help me with an appliance I wanted to buy. This person was called by phone, fetched by other staff, and still no show. Found out he was taking a smoke break afterwards. Seems nobody else are willing to help in any department other than their own. I can honestly say I am so done with this store, and will never buy anything there again. I can only imagine if it is this hard to give them my money, how hard it will be to get a problem resolved should it arise. If you want to buy an appliance, go to Leaders instead.
