Protea Hotel Worcester Cumberland — Local services in Breede Valley Local Municipality

The hotel is just a complete disaster Stayed there for a work conference……first thing when we came the staff didn’t wanna help us carry our luggage to the rooms, we had to climb the stairs with luggage because there is no lift at the hotel. My room didn’t have a working air conditioner and when I requested to change my room they told me the rooms were full but when my colleague of the opposite colour requested a room change on the same day, they found a room for her. The mats are dirty and smells, with broken furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone….looks like they not maintaining the hotel at all. Don't wanna mention the rudeness a lady called Portia who threw my colleagues food on the floor. Just total disgrace. The dinning area roof was licking and we had to duck and dive as it was raining.
