I went on the evening of 7 July 2019 ,to apply for my smartcard ID and renew my passport. I was pleasantly surprised at how organised they were. Everything flowed smoothly and after about 15 minutes all I had to do was pay. That was the hiccup. I could not pay without my number being announced first. I waited another 20 minutes, with other no's being announced and then heard from someone else that the cashier was now closed. She knew I was standing waiting to pay, but did not bother to inform me she was closing. I had to return the following day just to pay.
