Whether I sit in or order through uber eats,milky lane still has the best tasting waffles and ice cream,everytime it gets delivered which takes about 30 to 40 min,the ice cream is still intact and hasn't melted and the waffle itself is still hot like it just came out of the maker,I've by now tried every single waffle they have to offer and my favourite would definitely be the marshmallow one,their milkshakes and sundaes are also really great,never had a problem with milky lane and they have always been consistant with me,staff is always respectful and welcoming when I go in to sit down and have a waffle.The waffle is super soft and melts in your mouth and the ice cream is as creamy as you can get it,plus cant forget about all the syrup bottles which just enhances it...

Worst milky lane ice cream it was not creamy the way Milk lane ice cream is always . Spoke to the manager Blessings and he said there’s nothing wrong with the ice cream it’s always the same and walked away . We drove from the milky lane Mall of the south because they didn’t have chocolate dip but we always buy from Mall of the south and it is always good and quick service . Also waited for a long time at milk lane Bracken city to be served as the ladies were busy at the back with orders . Definitely won’t be going back .tried contacting you with the link provided but it says page not...

It took me almost 1hour waiting for a waffle. I then saw a lady bringing a sit in and I advised her I didn’t order a sit in. She went back with the waffle and turn to disrespect me by keeping the waffle in the preparation side until I stood to ask what was going on, where I saw it sitting just on top of the preparation table melted. I was very angry and decided to leave cause I couldn’t take that kind of order.
