Debonairs Pizza Bracken City — Restaurant in Gauteng

11 February 2022 I would love to change my rating to 0. After 3 years we decided to give Debonairs another try. What a disaster! We placed 3 separate orders - on 2 of the orders we used the Vodacom Vodabucks R50 off Vouchers. No problems placing the orders and arranging with them to deliver all items at once. The driver and Manager is what the problem was - lack of understanding their own system. On the slip it reads the following: Total Amount Paid Online Amount Due The paid online and amount due is printed in small at the bottom of the slip. The full amount due before deductions is printed in large and in bold. The driver did not understand this, he refused to hand over the food or accept the money until the full amount was paid to him. We contacted the store to speak to their driver and explain the payment method to him. The lady on duty saw this on the system and told me the Manager is on the phone to their driver explaining it to him, only to find out the Manager is on the phone with my husband and fighting with the Manager as he is also not understanding the payment method.

What a disaster - received the food cold as the staff is too incompetent to understand their own systems.

A bunch of liars that work at the Brackenhurst Debonair, they can't be honest with their customers and are just very never minded. I waited for a whole hour for my delivery to arrive only to be told by a friendly customer care lady Sibongile that my order only left the store when I called for the 5th time. Whats the use in placing orders to be delivered and promising hot deliveries when they can't keep to it! To top it off the staff doesn't take responsibility for their actions and blames the poor...
