Absolutely disappointing! 90min later I'm still waiting for my delivery. It was my first time ordering from the Crowthorne branch so I was asked to text my address which did along with the entry and exit code for the Estate. The driver got here but didn't know my unit number because he wasn't given the full address nor did he have air time to contact me. The driver returned to the store and I received a call from an extremely rude woman shouting at me for not allowing the driver in. Totally unprofessional and no telephone etiquette. Terrible terrible service! I order a pizza and an hour later it didn't arrive. It's like not even 3 minutes away! I called in 30 minutes after ordering requesting where the order is, they said the driver is on his way. I drove to the top of the property and waited knowing how long it should take to get from there to my place! I waited a further 20 minutes! I called to find out is everything ok? To be told, we will call you if he is lost! When I went to the shop, the couldn't even get ahold of the rider!!! Poor poor management of...

Came during the week, ordered 2 subs. The place was empty, could see there were nearly no orders on the slip/order tray.

30min later with one person coming to collect. I get my order.

The one sub was completely wrong and had to wait another 10min for a new sub, by which time the one right sub got cold.

If they could make the one sub in 10min they could’ve made both in 15min not 30min.
