A small back street pizzeria takeaway. Initially I was impressed with the quality but I had to come adjust my review downwards to 1 star. Not on one incident but rather on 3 after consecutive regrettable events. Each negative experience addressed with management. The most recent incident order still not ready 30min after on quite evening. The order was overlooked and had to be made in a rush. Calling the owners report line, as advertised should one need assistance. I was "grated" with an answering of the phone, no greeting just a pickup and no "hello this is x", then a put down. On the third try on me saying "hello" like a civilized individual and asking who I am speaking too I was greeted bluntly with "who do you want to speak too". The rest of the conversation was as arrogant, a demeaning and dismissive tone. I reviewed the last consecutive bad dealings with the branch. Half cooked excused and no ownership was taken to the problems. I was asked however towards the end of the conversation "if they offered to bring the pizzas once ready", which was definitively not done. Perhaps the secretive, dismissive, inapt conversation with this line reflects the management and ownership clearly in their ability to run a quality store and perhaps best reflects the root cause of a ailing pizzaria in a competitive market, of alternative more willing to commit and perform brand pizza outlets. If I was a franchisor, I would start getting a backup Franchisee in place, to take over or sell...

Pizza itself was.... ok... But...: delivered cold(via Mr delivery) We had to heat it up in the oven. avo was totally off...we paid extra for this top-up though. We had to remove the avo and throw it away. We complained via Mr. delivery site (with fotos) and all they could say was sorry with a R35 credit voucher....(they can stick it where it fits best) till now...now response from Pizza Perfect...not even a call we will not support Pizza Perfect again we will not make use of Mr. Delivery again.

Please note: We eat out 3-4 times per week. We are not pickie or looking for mistakes in food or the restaurants...in fact where we normally go "their" standards are high, the food is well presented and when there is a mistake..small or big, they man up. And then we go back again and again.

Ok: today...an update (4/6/2019) Pizza perfect replaced my pizza no charge Ps: But I still have deleted my Mr D app and it will stay that way. Will from now on rather...

Moved into the area recently, use to buy from Pizza Perfect Equestria (Amazing, fresh and hot delivery) before. I have had a couple of issues with Pizza Perfect Garsfontein...Yesterday I ordered 3 pizza's, which took just over an hour to get to me, they were cold and the Miami that I ordered had Avo on that sure wasn't fresh (Brownish Avo). I have ordered about 3 times previously and on all 3 occasions the pizza was delivered cold (as the pizza is not placed in a warm bag, but just put in the back of the container at the back of the bike) and to be honest...they seem to be a bit stingy with their toppings if you compare to other...
