It’s clear that too many orders are coming in for a shop this size or there are too few staff to make the pizzas fast enough. It is also very frustrating to wait 40 minutes for your “fast food” when you drive all the way to the shop to avoid the long waiting time for delivery, only to stand there and watch all the Mr D & Uber eats orders flying out the door. It is clear these get pushed in front of the orders of the people in the shop. I also like how the staff have a giggle under their breath when you complain and look at you like you are being difficult.

I hope for the sake of the owner that they always have this problem of TOO MANY orders, because when the orders start slowing down, all the people who stood waiting won’t be there to support...

Horrendous service. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 19:20 in the evening. Phoned back at 20:34 to find out whats happening with my delivery. They phone me back and say the driver is at (what he thinks) the house next to mine. He wasn't. He was a block down, and I could hear him hooting. When the pizza operator asked him where he is, he apparently didn't understand the question, and when she asked him in which street he is, he couldn't read a street sign. I find it counterproductive to hire delivery drivers who are incapable of reading street signs. Needless to say, about 2 hours in I cancelled the order. I will not be ordering from their...

After 2 orders we were able to get R50 off our next order. You can add and substitute toppings and ask them to make your pizzas in a specific way, all from the app.
