KFC Moreleta Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

Update (October 2023). Something very wrong with the current service, twice now I've arrived with only one car in the loop of drive through but our orders (one bag for each car) and just chicken nuggets and a snack burger for us, had us waiting in the parking lot for more than 10 minutes.

Our meal was last on their priority list, we had to go back in, no one at the till- ask what's going on, movement at thr back but basically ignored as we were trying to get someone's attention, only when we started taking the 'report our service to the manager or regional manager' was there movement.

We called both managers while they brought our food over and their calls didn't go through (and up to a week later they have not returned the missed call).

We tried to be patient and courteous during the wait but it wasn't rewarded as none of them even explained what happened.

Little sad since my first review had been a high opinion of their drive thru experience.

The drive thru is generally not busy and the service is decent.

The team here focus really hard on getting you to move steadily through the drive thru so they may prompt quick answers when you're deciding...

Definitely the worst KFC in Pretoria East, not that the others are much better, this just is the only takeaway in close vicinity to my house.. unfortunately. This is the 4th time I have ordered in the past month and I have never received such bad service and horrible attitude. If you order anything after 8pm, they will not have what you want and will not be willing to make it, if you get upset then they are rude to you and your experience will just get worse from there. I always ask for no garnish and an extra slice of cheese, but they always mess it up and I always get garnish(and I am allergic) or I pay R4 for a cheese slice only to not receive one at all - the last 3 times to be exact. Their chicken is not fresh and when you ask if it is, they say it is, and you get home to a piece of chicken you cannot break with your own hands (I have a video of this) and if you ask for fresh chicken you will be treated with the utmost disrespect. 1 Star would be a compliment for them. I will not be returning, and would much rather drive an extra 5-10kms...

Just because i don't complain when they add something, i said no to, and even when i choose the pieces i want, it doesn't mean i like what yout sales people do. What i order is exactly what i want and expect to receive. Before i pay, i expect my order to read to me for confirmation, and if it wasn't confirmed, i would expect to receive exactly what i ordered, nothing extra. I ordered specific pieces and no mini loaf. For some reason, i got a mini loaf and a piece i didn't mention. Are you trying to make more sales by trapping us with things we said no to????? The mini loaf is not even worth R9. If i don't want it, i don't want it. Now i don't trust your salespeople and the ones packing orders since they discard the request i made. How do i keep buying from people i don't trust?? It was my last day...
