So I order 3 everyday madness specials, 2 large chips, a classic wrap and chicken strips. It took the staff 45 mins for my food to be ready. When I received the food, the burgers were ice cold, the chicken wrap was dry and also ice cold. I also received chicken wings (which I didn't order) instead if chicken strips. The lady at the register told me it was beef ribs, instead of the strips.... She also told me there is no more paper to print my slip (she knew she missed up with my order in that regard).

Absolutely amazing service, all staff is immensely friendly and helpfull, we were there with our 2 year old son, he was running up and down, they played with him, laughed with him, and on top of that the gentleman gave him a complementary ice cream, which he enjoyed so much together with the experience for him, that he didn't want to leave, he cried and shouted when we got our pizza and had to leave, pizza perfect is now one of his favorite places, lol. Absolutely dismissal service and delivery.

Ordered via the App and had the incorrect order delivered 1h45m later, and the order was ice cold. Called the shop to get the order corrected and was just met with hostility. Another 45mins later and the wrong order is delivered again. Upon calling the manager, he said we must wait until he can find the correct order in again and will be delivered later.
