As I read through the comments of other people who visited the store. I will by my personal meaning say all of the positive comments is NOT TRUE. As we went to buy our pets some treats, the products of Royal Canine is on the shelves without any price. As we saw one of the Staff Members we ask for assistance as he went to do a price check. After about 10 minutes of waiting for a price they still did not find it on system so they asked another lady for assistance (think it is the manager) as she comment the product is not on the system yet, and carrying on with chatting with others. By that we were not allowed to buy Royal Canine. Rather make use of another Pet Shop or Takealot (price's at takealot.com is much cheaper than The Queen Pet...

Moste importendly I want to compliment you on how Well treated the animals are,so verry clean,and so well taken care of,they are completeley Healthy,inside and out,they look all verry happy and there cages are always clean and they have the greatest peronalitys with humans,they are deffenetley beeing handelt alot,they are verry tamed,super friendley and loveable,Great Job
