No temperatures taken. Had to self sanitized. We ordered 4 of the 100% plant based "No Bull" burger. The service is slow and received the burgers after 30 minutes. Bit slow for "on the go". One person who is Vegan said the burger was "Ok" for the price, but fall far short of the Beyond Meat burgers for Vegan. There is a problem with the sauce v bun ratio. The two meat eaters were satisfied with the burgers. Value for money for a Vegan meal. Not very tasty though. There is a problem with the male toilets in day and night time. During 4 visits were either one or two and once all 3 male toilets "out of oder". All public toilets should have proper Covid measures in place and all seats should be sanitized before and after people entered. When I asked to change my order, the lady at the main desk hesitated and said she’d need to check with the kitchen staff. After a five-minute wait, she returned to say they couldn’t make the change. This was disappointing, especially since the Powercup Acai was cheaper, and we would have gladly accepted the price difference without any refund.
In the past, we visited the Kauai at Mall of Africa, where we had a similar situation. There, however, the staff were incredibly accommodating—the lady at the desk graciously swapped our smoothie for another option without charging any additional fee. I ordered a red cappuccino and walked to takealot, waited for a package , then walked back to collect my cappuccino. The store wasn't full. I waited so long that I ended up leaving without my cappuccino. The staff were so busy talking to each other whilst one guy under pressure was making drinks. after a long while one of the woman came to ask if you can help. Did my order just get lost. If the Virgin Active reward means nothing to your business. Don't partner with them. Money is energy, acknowledge the customer when they are paying instead of talking to your colleagues.
