Milky Lane BP Oasis — Local services in George

This is the most disgusting and dirty Milky Lane that we have visited. This was my second visit to Milky Lane George. The first visit was very disappointing as the syrup bottle was covered in syrup on the outside and the waffle my wife had was tasteless and totally dry. So we thought okay let's give it a second try today but again very disappointing the outside area wast bin was overflowing and again the syrup bottle was so sticky you could not touch it. The display fridge where the pre-made cones are displayed has old spilt ice cream between the displayed products. The outside seating area is dirty and seems like it hasn't been cleaned during the day. We visted the late afternoon. Very disappointing and it seems to be the norm if one reads the other visitors reviews. Just decided to drive and have a nice ice cream and coffee on a cold day. After 2 to 5 minutes of standing there waiting for lady on duty to notice me, I finally tried to order.

I asked for caramel twice as nice. All that she said was caramel crunchie. I explained that al I can see is the caramel picture on the menu, and I would like the caramel one please. Once again all I got told was caramel crunchie.

I told her to leave it and ordered a salted caramel milkshake from the steers side instead.

I know today is a slow day and staff seem to be more relaxed and struggling to feel motivated.

Would really be a pitty to see this continuing as it's a nice venue offering 3 restaurants in one and a favourite to stop at...

I ordered the Twice as Nice ice-cream that was supposed to have caramel inside the cone as well as a caramel dip outside but it didn't have any filling inside, when I went to ask the staff if they made a mistake she said I had to check the menu. This item wasn't even on the menu it was only on the screen in the store. Below the item there was a video of how these ice creams were made but she said it was only for promoting its not how its actually made. This is complete FALSE ADVERTISING.
