Southbroom Refillery @ the Earth Shed — Local services in Hibiscus Coast Local Municipality

An unexpected gem of a place! The Refillery and Shed are pretty well noticeable, but was isn't so easily evident is Fika - the excellent bistro upstairs. I suspect local residents are keeping this a closely guarded secret... The menu isn't extravagant, but very carefully thought out. Every item seems to have a little tweak to make it special, and what we chose was indeed special. Very definitely a place to revisit. Not to be outdone, the boutique and specialty shop go way, way beyond the kitsch that so often lines the shelves of seaside stores. Direction markings from the N2 are a bit easy to overlook. Just take the inland road at the Southbroom intersection, turn right and 200m later...

Loved it. There were artists painting and creating on the veranda, live music and lovely bohemian atmosphere. Inside there are three shops. On the ground floor a gift shop with really nice quality items, and a pottery studio. On the first floor a lovely coffee shop with light meals and an outside seating area on a large balcony. A...

Not worth the price. I ordered the classic Caprese veg style. It was 1 toast, iceberg lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, and little spring onion....no basil or micro greens.
