I am writing this review out of sheer disappointment and to warn others to avoid Pizza Perfect at Centre Court at all costs. Our experience was so poor.

We ordered pizzas for a family supper on a Friday night, expecting a tasty and convenient meal. What we received was inedible. The pizzas were rock hard. I'm not exaggerating when I say we could barely bite into them without hurting our gums and teeth. On the off chance you managed to break a piece off, it was completely tasteless—no seasoning, no salt, nothing. It was like eating cardboard that had been vaguely introduced to cheese because a tomato base was absent.

I called to complain and spoke to a lady named Junior. She said she would contact the owner and call me back. Two hours passed during peak supper time with no call. My family was starving. I called again, and Junior informed me that the owner was not responding or answering his phone. What kind of restaurant owner is completely unreachable on a busy Friday night when serious quality issues arise.

Finally, after 9 PM, Junior called back: they wanted to collect the pizza so the owner could taste it... the next morning. By this time, we had long given up waiting. We disposed of the terrible pizzas and ordered from a different restaurant, costing us even more money.

Junior said the owner would call me, but I have heard absolutely nothing. This is extremely poor service from top to bottom.

Inedible Food: Hard, stale bases that hurt to eat and are completely tasteless.

Terrible Customer Service: No resolution offered, owner completely unavailable.

Waste of Money: We paid for food we couldn't eat and had to order again elsewhere.

We will never, ever support Pizza Perfect again. Save your money and your teeth; order from...

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this pizza perfect place. I ordered 4 pizzas for R39 each, but to my shock, I was charged almost R700 for a 4 large pizza. When I realized the mistake, I immediately requested a refund, but the manager, Tariro, refused to assist me. She claimed that the order was already prepared, even though I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes after requesting the refund.

Tariro's handling of the situation was highly unprofessional. As a manager, she should have prioritized customer satisfaction and resolved the issue promptly. Instead, she showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

I always prefer ordering from well-established pizza chains like Romain's Pizza or Debonairs because their management is far more professional and customer-focused. Unfortunately, this small company has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional . I will not be returning and would advise others to think twice before ordering from them.

After searching through multiple eateries, within Milnerton, my partner and I (each of us being picky pizza lovers) happened across this little Pizza Perfect; a name fitting for the food. The pizza was flavourful and cheesy with a generous helping of toppings and cooked in a wood-fire oven. The chicken pieces were crunchy and delicious - the perfect, and tastier, alternative for any KFC lover.

Besides the wonderful food, the service (headed by Tendai the manager) was beyond friendly, quick, and helpful.

They also offer delivery; a helpful alternative on those long days when you begrudgingly need to make the trip to collect your dinner.
