Popped in for Lunch on 23/02/2021. Shop is very clean with huge variety on menus posted everywhere. I selected the large fish and chips. No extras or upgrade was offered. Did not have to wait long. It came in a box. Unfortunately was the service not friendly. I got the idea that they wanted me out asap. No serviette was offered nor any condiments nor any eating utensils. So the chips were excellent although it was a very small portion. The fish however was re-fried. I saw them taking the already fries fish from the display fridge and fried it again. Well that just spoiled the fish completely. It was dry and the batter was unpleasant. The value was average with price being R50. Very expensive for such little chips. Not as tasty food as others say. This place is very overated. Beef burgers are raw and their salads mostly exist of leaves. Very stingy on the salt on chips. Nothing actually spectacular about pregos. R60 slap chips are smaller portions than any other take away in Polokwane. They seriously need to upgrade.
