Charles Hoffe Park Holiday Resort — Local services in uMdoni Local Municipality

My sisters and I went from the 7/04/22 - 10/04/22. We have been going there for many years and were very disappointed with this last visit. The pool was filthy..couldn't and wouldn't swim in the pool. The lounge ceiling was leaking very badly and the staff not very helpful. The lady who manages the flats was missing in action the whole time..her young son was in charge...who never seemed to know much anyway. Flats not serviced. We had to clean the bins in our flat and sweep up as well. Overall the place was dirty and not as well looked after as they used to be. The whole place has turned into a dump 😔. I am sorry to say that I will not be going back there again...

The beach is beautiful, accommodation at the flats was the worst ever, Wendy at reception is rude, and Dylan the manager promised to refund the deposit, its going on for 5 weeks now,only excuses...my friends viewed the flat we rented for the weekend and it smelled very bad and you can't open the windows because the frames will fall off.From the bedding to the toilet...worst ever...don't waste your holiday, time, money and...

Beautiful place, a home away from home. Right on the edge of the sea, on the beach. Lively sight view, sharks can be seen from time to time. This place is lovely, has a huge braai area, big size parking and the cars are well looked afer by the guards. You have a choice to a room with 3 beds or 2 depending on the number of ppl you are going with. There are convening shops with the area that make life so easy and...
