I was quite disappointed. We went there yesterday, specifically to try all the weird and wonderful things that one could dip into chocolate, as I had heard from others. But besides biltong...there was nothing "bizarre" on offer. And the menu does say "bizzare" as to the taste experience. They offered us "usual" things like strawberries, pretzels and nuts amongst others. When we asked where the pickles, chillies and other things were, we were told "only in holiday season". This is disappointing as we came all this way for variety, for a weird and fun taste experience. Eventually after we pressed the point the waitress brought us two gherkins. Excellent pit stop for a leg and tummy stretch especially with the kids to break the journey. Chocolates are unique and delicious! Favorite part is how they melt in your mouth as they cone out of the display fridge and are so fresh I personally think they are best enjoyed on site with a cappuccino on the couches! Reasonably priced at R55/100grams (July 2019) with all besides the biltong option being Halal friendly with no gelatin no alcohol. Highly recommended. Also many other interesting shops and restaurants and clean bathrooms and plenty parking. Just watch out for the potholes driving to and from the main highway...

Such a cozy little spot in the Midlands! Did the chocolate dipping with my boyfriend and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they use QUALITY chocolate. You get to choose between white and milk chocolate for your dipping then they bring out a bunch of items you can choose to dip! Prices are calculated by weight so you can really go wild. If you have any left over chocolate you can also have it moulded. They have a bunch of other hand crafted chocolates that you can buy (also have some cute things for gifts) I didnt try the chocolate shot thing but will definitely come again to do it!
