Please remove the live animals or just have small, solitary species. The first two floors were as you'd expect from a natural history museum and it was relatively interesting. But I can't believe the cruelty of humankind with the live animals kept on the last floor. I wasn't expecting there to be live animals and kept in such cruel conditions. I really can't believe that no one else has commented on this anywhere. How cruel and unempathetic humans are. It's lovely that the first two floors and educative and talk about saving the environment in the future, but so, so, so awful that the live animals are mistreated, living their entire lives in such a small space with no stimulation to their day except screaming kids banging on the glass. Many were overweight and it's no wonder. I'm so disappointed. I hope it can be rectified - there's no value added by having the living creatures over...
