Market is really good lots of choice. BUT! There are two bars each has queues at the peak I Fanny thing up to 20 people, that’s okay but the wait if your just 6 back can be half an hour, why? Because in each queue they are offering food, wine, beer, slushy, water, etc. So, if one group are ordering food, this can take up to 20 minutes, whilst those who just want to grab a quick beer are waiting for ages, simple solution have a drinks only counter, simples!!! The building in the middle houses organic fruit and vegetable stalls as well as other selling home-made preserves baked goods, cheese sausages, another goodies. Around the outside there are selling handicrafts. There are tables where you can sit and have a coffee or another kind of drink. There are public toilets in summer. The market is held in the evenings and there is usually some live music on the first Sunday of every month. It becomes an antique market and the usual stores are not there. Read moreIt was OK, nothing special, park in the car park on the right as you enter the village (It gets full quickly from 18:30) then walk up to the market, in the middle under cover there is a selection of food and wine stalls, all home backed and delicious. Around the edges are other craft stalls, trinkets, hand crafted sewing etc. To the rear corner are some logs and tables, chairs also go very fast so if you have a fold up one in the car I would take it.
