We wanted to buy a replica ball from the inauguration of the Camp Nou in 1957 and that was the only one left in the store but the ball had a defect /damage for which we asked the manager of the store to give as a discount of €10 from the total of €40 but he refused while rebuking us as if we asked to take it for free. He only offered 10% and when we asked 20% he became very arrogant and stopped even talking to us. Very rude and unacceptable behaviour.

¡Una visita obligada para cualquier culé! La tienda del FC Barcelona en el Aeropuerto T2 superó todas mis expectativas. Como fanático del Barça, encontrar este pedacito de azulgrana en pleno aeropuerto fue una sorpresa increíble. Cabe destacar que está un poco escondida, la encontrarás caminando a mano derecha, camino a la puerta W. La variedad de productos es genial, desde las últimas equipaciones hasta souvenirs como llaveros y boligrafos. El personal fue súper amable y atento, me atendió una chica llamada Dina y me ayudó a encontrar todo lo que buscaba. ¡La tienda está impecable y el ambiente es genial! Si eres culé ¡no dudes en visitar esta tienda!

El profesionalismo deja mucho que desear, pague un dineral por una camiseta, y el estampado trasero de numero y nombre, estaba bastante lejos de donde tenia que estar, 3 o 4cm mas abajo de donde debería, intente llamar por teléfono y envié dos correos en los días próximos a la compra, a los cuales no obtuve respuesta. Cuando pude volver a pasarme por la tienda, ya pasados 7 meses, le conté mi experiencia al dependiente, me dijo que tenia toda la razón pero que no podía hacer nada porque ya se había pasado el tiempo, sinvergüenzas...

El profesionalismo deja mucho que desear, pague un dineral por una camiseta, y el estampado trasero de numero y nombre, estaba bastante lejos de donde tenia que estar, 3 o 4cm mas abajo de donde debería, intente llamar por teléfono y envié dos correos en los días próximos a la compra, a los cuales no obtuve respuesta. Cuando pude volver a pasarme por la tienda, ya pasados 7 meses, le conté mi experiencia al dependiente, me dijo que tenia toda la razón pero que no podía hacer nada porque ya se había pasado el tiempo, sinvergüenzas...

I orded my son a full barcelona kit £145 for his birthday £20 Delivery to the UK When it arrived the socks where L.F.C socks Not barcelona socks I don't know how from a barcelona.f.C shop LOL I contacted them and explained via email . I was told all thet can be done is for me to return liverpool socks to them and they would refund me the £18 for socks . I do not recommend!!! We were coming back from vacation, my son bought a ball. The lady suggested that we should take withoud air and gave us the second one. At home it tourned out that there was a hole in the ball. They don't reply to email and they don't answer the phone. unprofessional...
