Unorganised Chaos We went for the full package which included free transfers, BBQ, 30 mins go-karting, free beer . The transfers started off with a 7 seater mini-bus.. But there was 8 of us (and there was always 8 on the booking!). So we had to illegally have four people over 3 seats. Then we got to the venue, and was given a number. We arrived approx. 12:15pm (collected at 12:00pm). Our first session was 2:30pm, so we'd waited over 2 hours. Thinking we'd do our three 10 mins sessions in one go, but we was pulled off after the first 10 min training session.

We tried to explain to the person working at the karts that we had 2 more sessions, but he wasn't understanding, so we went back up to the bar and mentioned it to those staff members, they really didn't understand what we were trying to say (also the bar staff / booking staff are quite rude, not even acknowledging you / talking between themselves or the owners friends).

After a bit of abrupt discussions, they tried to explain we will be back on the track soon. An hour passed and we was back on, but again only for 10 mins. We explained again we have one more 10 mins session, why are we being pulled? But they don't explain, but we had an idea we may have to wait again, because we went back upstairs and started asking other guests, and they was in the same situation i.e. waiting hours, and only doing one session at a time.

Then finally another hour passed and we did our final session. Completed this, got our medals, and went upstairs to then be waiting another hour for our BBQ. We had to ask for it, as we had sat down waiting, and no one was coming. So we asked, and they had actually given our BBQ to another group, so was a bit reluctant to give us it, but after demanding it, we was finally given it. I would not recommend the BBQ nor the alcohol that is in the full 80 EUR package. We got bored and asked to leave but by this time it was 6:00pm, so we had spent a full day here, only expecting to be there a couple of hours..

We paid 80 euros each for a three round package and BBQ. I have never seen such a poorly organised company in my life.

We get picked up in the free transfer and dropped off outside, nobody there to greet us or tell us where to go.

We check-in and are given a number, it was 3 hours before we went on the track, even though we had pre-booked our time of 1pm. All the other groups that were there were in exactly the same position, so many people were complaining. One group just gave up and left they were so fed up. After asking around, apparently they do this to everybody to get them to spend money at their bar, out of sheer boredom.

They call you down to the track far too early to get ready to race, we were in the pits standing around for over 20 minutes, for no reason, as there's not any kind of briefing.

The BBQ part was absolutely disgusting and a rip-off. A ridiculously massive bowl of undercooked chips, a couple of luke warm pitchers of beer, bacon that was grey for some reason and about 90% fat. I wouldn't feed it to my dog.

We finally got to go karting and we went out for our first of three sessions ("the 10 minute practice session"), that lasted 7 minutes. And then that was it, pulled in, no communication or explanation and they ushered the next group on the track. So we walked back upstairs, to ask why we weren't then doing the second (qualifying) and third round (finals). They were completely nonplussed and said we'd have to wait.

By this point,we'd been there four hours and it was putting such a dampener on a day and after a lot of arguing they gave us an unfair portion of our money back. Definitely helped by the fact there were now about 20-30 angry blokes demanding their money back who were all in the same situation.

Please, do not book this venue. They are rude, greedy, disorganised, the karts are knackered and it's just a massive con that you will highly regret. Businesses like this do not deserve to still be running and the owners should be ashamed...

A good activity which could have been much better with some communication. Standard 3 session package for 15 of us (practice, qualifying and race. 10 minutes each).

Picked up 20 minutes late over 2 vehicles, both of which weren't the safest.

Assumed we would do all 3 sessions in one go but after the practice we were told to go back upstairs, with no indication of the next session (turned out to be 45 minutes, whilst other groups did their sessions). We didn't have any food booked but the group were buying food and drinks which I think is partly why they drag it out. There was no safety briefing to speak of, other than grab a helmet and go.

From arriving at 14:30, we didn't leave until 18:00 so much longer than the 2 hours we expected to be there.

Overall, it was great fun but if somebody took the time to outline what to expect when you arrived then it would have been much clearer rather than making assumptions and hanging around...
