The sales assistant was really helpful and told us an item we wanted was in the sale, reduced from €84. It was a large heavy item and we took it to checkout. It came up at full price. The sales assistant came over and confirmed she had told us it was reduced. The check out assistant had taken off the sale sticker. A woman who seemed to be in charge was quite rude and while working , not giving us any attention, said out loud in front of all the customers that the sale assistant was wrong. We found this to be very rude to us, and really rude to her colleague. It's a shame because we will never shop there again. So you need to be really careful when you want to buy something that you know the exact price. Prior to this we was going to buy a clock in the sale but the lady at checkout said it doesn't work it was only for show.

Read moreI spent over €2400 at Maisons du Monde Finestrat on June 23rd, including a sofa and computer table. Today is August 5th, and I still haven’t received them.
I’ve called many times and was told “next week” every time. I’ve driven to the store five times (despite not living nearby) and even spoke with the manager. Still, no solution — just excuses and blame on the warehouse in France or delivery.
One staff member even said on the phone: “Do you want your money back?” — no real apology or responsibility.
The sales team tried to help and were kind, but the system is clearly disorganized and unreliable. I do not recommend shopping at the Finestrat store. Customer service ends the moment you pay.

He llamado muchas veces y siempre me dicen “la semana que viene”. He ido a la tienda cinco veces, aunque no vivo cerca, y ni siquiera el gerente ha podido darme una solución. Solo excusas y culpan al almacén en Francia o a la empresa de transporte.
Incluso por teléfono me dijeron: “¿Quieres tu dinero?”. Muy poco profesional.
