Over past 30 years this store has maintained an excellent service. This time,though a while since I bought anything here as furniture is such good quality, they went the extra mile. I needed a bed sofa that dismantled so it would go upstairs. Without me having to ask the assistant suggested he come ans look and measure to be sure. This we dis immediately and returned to store, he showed me exactly the right one, checked with colleague, dealt with paperwork and it was delivered a couple days later y another 2 efficient guys. Bad service, bought 2 beds last year and Mattress quickly broke, new but now dinner table and chairs that was damaged, you can get a showroom model but to date nothing after 1.5 weeks. Not buying something there because the service is bad after purchase, certainly for the Fuengirola furniture store that has a name. Then there are better furniture stores where you can go. One colleague says, oh they didn't call you yet and the other says, oh we had to check out as well if we had the right furniture before we could make an appointment. All nonsense because we had been there to see if this table is without damage so only exchange everything. But they will again post a nice apologies...
