We recently purchased a set of garden furniture from Siesta in the sale and am extremely pleased with it. The staff and service were excellent and helped us to make the best choice. We sat in the shop trying all of the different options for quite a while and they were very friendly and helpful. Free delivery was good and we could have had immediate delivery the same day for a cost. We thought we had a problem with the table and the customer service offered to swap it immediately but it turns out it wasn’t a problem at all and we were happy with the help and feedback we received from them. We have purchased from Siesta previously about 5 years ago and the furniture we bought is still in excellent condition. We have moved to a bigger villa and have more garden space and several terraces that needed furniture and we know the quality from Siesta is good and is why we purchased from them again. We purchased a significant amount of outdoor furniture from this company over two years ago and recently discovered an issue with one of the items, which was unfortunately out of warranty. From the moment I got in touch, the team were incredibly friendly and promptly directed me to their customer service department.

Even though our particular range had been discontinued and an exact replacement wasn’t available, they went out of their way to check remaining stock and offered us a couple of alternative pieces from the same range. We chose the item that best suited our needs and were able to collect it from their store with absolutely no hassle — and at no cost.

What really stood out was their consistently positive and helpful attitude throughout the process. It’s rare to see this level of customer service and after-sales support these days. I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.

We visited Siesta looking for some outside furniture for our roof terrace. This store has some fantastic furniture and beautiful plants. It is well worth looking around. We were helped by David who was nothing but excellent with his customer service, as we had just been shopping he even put our butter in his fridge while we shopped. Now that’s service. We purchased some sun beds and lots of plants and they were delivered a few days later. The guys that delivered were also excellent and even tied our cushions to the beds.
