Since they've expanded next door the service has got appalling. The girl who used to be on her own was brilliant. Now they have two new girls who are hopeless. Waited for fifteen minutes this morning and despite catching the waitress's eye we were ignored while others who came after us were served. While waiting the girl with the tattoos placed an order on the table beside us and the customers told her it was not for them. My first visit I had coffee and toastado, which was very good. So I returned two days later, after sitting waiting for the waitress and being ignored. I eventually caught the eye of one standing in the doorway. She told me they could not do anything as they had power problems. Yet she could still take drinks orders from the two tables next to us. Such amazing food and the plates are huge. Very friendly staff and we were really well looked after. We had more food than we could fit on the table and all at a really sensible price.
