It is not recommended to buy here if you do not want to face zero after-sales service when problems with the product arise, you will face simply ignoring your requests and problems, especially from the manager of Esperanza. Today, after more then 2 weeks of ignoring from them, I had been in their shop to do reclamation, but they even didn’t give me reclamation book. Sadly I didn’t know that moment that I can call the police in this case. Next visit will be with lawyers. This place wasting money, time and your nerves.

Read moreI bought a sofa in Big Sofass Malaga 3 years ago, with the fabric Aqua Clean. I have until this day not received my sofa in perfect condition, nor is the fabric Aqua clean keeping what is promised in their publicity and what was promised in the store. I even had to choose another color, after they FINALLY realized the fabric is apparently a failure production, the company only investigated this after 2 1/2 years!!!!! After waiting another 2 months, my new sofa was delivered, AGAIN with failures, this is now 2 months ago. No apologies no compensation NOTHING!!! In the Store they keep coming with excuses, at the end of they day they sold me the sofa, and the client attention from the company making the sofas, is below anything. I definitely do not recommend!! Update 09.11.2020: It is now 3 weeks ago that I wrote my comment, after I had just left the store talking to the lady who sold me the sofa. She promised me to take care of the matter, but until today, I have not heard anything!!! Look under. If you see pine wood. Pick another one.
The horizontal support on the one I purchased was basically two thin strips of cheap pine, overtightened until it cracked, with multiple elastic bands stretched across and crimped to the already broken wood (this is what you sit on). One day I noticed that the sitting surface looked like it had collapsed, I flipped I the couch over and the elastic bands which are crimped onto this flimsy piece of pine had all broken free of the pine wood. I'm 75kg, my wife is much less than me. With the way it's built, it's for children.
The rest of the couch is good. Leather is good. Reclining motors are good. Metal frame is good.
Just why would they choose such a weak way to create support for the area that sees the most weight? They should have used metal.
Anyway, I hope they've fixed this quality control issue now and future products don't have this...
