The website implied that it was only available "online" with free delivery on the model that I wanted. There was no "click and collect". If you live in the countryside there is a huge problem with delivery the goods often being delivered to an unknown person. A hardware shop offered to accept the goods. Delivery was promised within 2 to 4 working days. After a week it had not arrived. Bauhaus had contacted me via my email address when I had changed my password; online the order was shown but no delivery details shown. I contacted the company on the Wednesday evening and they came back to me on the Saturday afternoon saying there was a problem with the payment. The delivery company called 5 days ago telling us they would deliver the day after, but they never came. We have been in contact 3 times with Bauhaus but nothing happens and we don't get any updates on our delivery.
We get a ton of excuses all the time, that they are busy, there's been one public holiday etc. Unfortunately this is one of the companies here in Spain that doesn't care about their customers, which in fact is the key reason why they exist.
