So happy that we found this spot!! Took a stroll and wanted some ice cream and saw this one we walked in and we felt welcomed right away. The service was spectacular from beginning until we left and the inside decor is so cute and trendy. The flavors are absolutely delicious especially just the plain old chocolate. Let me say it is not just plain old. It’s like a super chocolate milk shake in ice cream form just not sure how to explain it. Just try it i promise you’ll understand what i am trying to explain. The prices are reasonable with a very reasonable size (compared to others in the area). Will definitely go back again tomorrow to get our ice cream...

Descubrí esta heladería por azar y es mi nueva heladería favotrita de Madrid. Llegué a comprar un litro de helado de chocolate con mi propio envase -después de que en otra heladería cercana muy conocida, Los Alpes, rechazaran servirme en mi propio recipiente y el dueño me tratase con increíbles malos modos. Busqué en Google la heladería artesanal más cercana, caminé hasta Fernanda... y ¡qué diferencia! En Fernanda me atendieron con la mayor amabilidad y simpatía, me pusieron el helado en mi propio recipiente encantados, e incluso me regelaron barquillos. El buen trato debería de ser la norma, pero la sorpresa es que, además, el helado de chocolate de Fernanda Heladería Artesanal supera con creces al de los Alpes... 70% cacao y abolutamente delicioso. Gracias al dueño maleducado de Los Alpes por ayudarme a encontrar mi nueva heladería favorita, y a dar carpetazo a un negocio sobrevalorado, que incumple la ley (Desde 2022 los comercios en España tienen la obligación legal de aceptar los recipientes de los clientes por el Real Decreto 1055/2022, de 27 de diciembre).y donde se trata a los clientes con mal rollo. ¡Hasta nunca Los Alpes!...

Excellent service and smile!! But more importantly, the ice creams are ones of the best I have ever tried. Really, really taste the flavour (fruits really tasting intense fruits and likewise for other flavours). Less sugar, less industrial food - ice creams are made there in the back of the shop.
