One of the best golf experiences I`ve had so far. The Son Vida golf course is outstanding in any category. Arrived at Son Vida, the reception was friendly and welcoming to us. The pro shop had a good variety of stuff you need for your round and offers a lot of "Son Vida" branded merchandise. Perfect souvenirs to remember the sunny days when you are playing rainy round back home. The caddy masters took care of our bags and the guys we`re super friendly and courteous. They paired us (two player) with a single player in our age and we had a blast of round with many laughs and nice stories. The course itself offers a good mix of challenging holes, scenic views and a beautiful course design. I`ve played in mid April and everything was maintained excellently. We had a good pace of play and encountered no problems with flights behind us or in front of us. We needed roughly 4 hours for 18 holes. Many greenkeepers were doing their business on the course but everything worked out with mutual consideration for each other. We`ve visited the restaurant afterwards but only for a beer. The service was also very polite and the view from the terrace over the golf course was fantastic. The showers were clean and towels are provided. All in all a 10/10 experience. The only downsides are the green fee of €175, but the price-performance ratio is good so it's ok. The lack of a driving range was also surprising. But you can probably use the range at Son Muntaner (or Son Quint?). I'll definitely be back next spring

Es ist tatsächlich ein wunderschöner Ort für sportliche Aktivitäten; zudem ist der Service hervorragend, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt.

A very pretty course with some incredibly beautiful holes, in overall decent condition but the greens are not very well looked after and could use some love. The bunkers can be light on sand/almost bare in some places. The real negative to the experience though was the Course Marshal who was exceedingly rude and is definitely not an asset to the course or the Son Vida establishment. He began blaring an obnoxious siren about 30 mins before the stated cart return time so that anyone on the last 6 holes would have a lovely siren to listen to while trying to focus on their shots. He then twice came to chase me, despite the fact that I was not late and it was still well before the time he had told me to be back (20h15), the second time he came to chase me he also changed the time he had originally said to try and rush me further by saying I was late (which I pointed out and then he changed his time back to the original) - this ruined the last few holes of play, and created a sour taste to what had been to that point been a really enjoyable round and lovely experience. I had the cart back before 20h15 and was 20mins ahead of the cart information systems monitored pace of play. Completely unnecessary approach from the Marshal when you have paid €150 for the round. Course is beautiful but don't go there and try and play in the late afternoon if you hope to relax. You would be better off going to a rave, at least the noise will have a melody to it and you likely won't have to pay €150 for the experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Golf Son Vida.

When I went to book a tee time, the pro shop staff Ritu, quoted me €185. Only when I questioned it and mentioned I had seen online offers did she tell me I could get a special package price of €89 — but only if I scanned a QR code. This information should have been explained upfront, not only after I insisted. It felt misleading and unhelpful.

On the course itself, the pace of play was extremely slow and the layout very hilly. I booked 18 holes but, without a buggy, I was exhausted by the 9th hole and decided to stop. I politely asked if I could be refunded at least the unused rental for my golf bag, but the same staff member refused and compared my request to “buying a plane ticket to India and asking for a refund if I didn’t go.” I found this comment very inappropriate and insulting.

Overall, the lack of clear communication, poor customer service, and dismissive attitude left me with a very negative impression of Golf Son Vida. Mallorca has many beautiful golf courses with better service — I would recommend visitors consider...
