We where greeated at the entrance by the valley that parked our car but to my surprise with out a receipt We whet down to the restaurant and got received with it's wonderful personal and had a lovely dinner When we requested the bill we received a bill that was for more or less half of what we had and we called the lady over the lovely lady explained that due to a issue with ther system they had issues closing accounts but she managed to get the correct one and we payed We left the restaurant around 22.30 Whent to reception to ask for the car she had no clue she opened a drawer and started to pull out keys and asked if they were ours after a cupple of keys I recognized they key according to the sticker I would be parked outside on the street??? I would have expected the valley to be called to get the car but that didn't happen!! We took the keys and went to the street but no car I went back to the reception and the person issued a key card to go to the garage to find the car but there was no reader for the outside door Again back to reception and I had to ask if she could show me the inside entrance to the garage she only directed me to go downstairs After looking for a bit i finally found a door that might be the correct one And I found the car and finally able to leav almost 45min after we left the table I found this lak off customer service appalling and I hope hotel manager will be able to rectify this horrible end to a other vise nice...

B. das Risotto frutti di mare. Dieses wurde uns empfohlen, weil die Paella leider einen Tag vorher bestellt werden muss. Das Risotto war einmalig und wird nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder bestellt. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Der Kleidungsstil ist sehr leger, weil das Restaurant überwiegend von den Hotelgästen genutzt wird, die gerne mal mit Flip Flops essen gehen.
