Been there already 9!! times for a certificate. Everytime you come there they find something else they “miss”. They just annoy you when you don’t speak spanish. They understand you, and speak english of course. They people just dont want to help you if you are a not spanish (speaking). These people dont deserve to work in a municipal office where you get a lot of tourists and outside people that live here. They treath you like a asylum seeker here terrible!
Now i came there to get the certificate of recidence there i need to have for the recidence card at the police. They say maybe next month, we are busy. It’s been a month ago i signed myself in. She didnt even check the computer. She just looked at me and send me away. Terrible terrible...

Had a Good Experience. Went with all needed documents except copies of Passports. We got the copies for 0.15 each copy. The lady on the gate was SUPER HELPFUL. She helped us feel the form , understanding how it works helped us locate a place for Photocopy. Only thing is the lady on Counter no 1 sounded NON CO OPERATIVE. She had a straight face. And had to pay 0.45 Euros by card. That was funny.
But overall it was a good Experience. Next time the lady on Counter 2 could speak English with us which was helpful. She corrected our forms and checked everything and helped us finish...
Read moreThe staff at the town hall could not be more helpful. We have now been several different times, and the staff have always been kind, patient and sympathetic. Javi in particular went out of his way to help us as we needed a form urgently for customs clearance, he was incredible, we are so grateful. I used my terrible Spanish as best I could ever time, and all staff were efficient and knowledgeable, and explained in English where possible. It is shocking to read about other people's bad experiences here, we have been treated with nothing but courtesy and a great willingness to help....
