Not a good place to repair phones!

I went to this store with my iPhone 7 about a 1,5 month ago and paid for a new original glass. When I got the phone back the new glass was a bit greener and pointed out about a mm from the frame. I double checked and they said it was because of problems with my phone and that the job was done correctly.

Two days later did my new screen break when I was driving my car. I went back to the store, but they said it was my own fault because of a small scratch in the corner of the glass. According to them that clearly proved that I had been treating the phone incorrectly.

The phone had fallen about 20 cm to a table a few hours before it cracked, but in the 10 years of iPhone usage for me, that must have happened at least 5000-7000 times for me without damage.

I asked for a cash refund due to bad work or bad quality, but they refused and said it was my own fault. I carefully explained how EU rules for consumers work and that they hadn’t done a good job. After about 15 minutes of argument I suggested that we could send the phone to Apple to evaluate it everything had been done correctly, then the store owner throw 100 Euros on the counter and told me that was my last chance of some money back (I had paid 165 Euro or something like that).

To go on with my day, I took the money and left in anger.

Three weeks later I handed my phone in to a “real” iPhone repair shop in Sweden. It took them only 15 minutes to switch the “fake glass” (100% sure) that was mounted on my phone by iStore Canarias to a original iPhone glass. Since then, my phone is back to normal and feels new again.

A very nice man helped me. He said I will look be here back about 15 minutes. When I came back he had good news. He had fixed me iPhone en look at the battery condition.
