Ibiza Duty Free — Local services in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

Very rude staff working at beauty department on Monday 26/05/25 around 9pm. Very bad customer service and attention first of all. They were chatting between each other like they were having the best time and not minding customers but coming rudely immediately when I tried a product to tell me I had to buy it as it wasn’t a tester. It was definitely a tester with a missing label (all other same products were full size behind it and no other mini size available le to buy). The mini size didn’t had right price on pricing label on shelf which suggest that I bought a tester probably already used by other customers too. Staff was only able to say they don’t have any...

Decent Duty Free store with some little things to grab before your departure. Don't expect to see anything amazing, is literally just Ibiza souvenirs and trinkets, few drinks and food items with some cigarettes. Grabbed some Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleur Cigars here for a really good price although the cigar selection was minimal. Poor selection of alcohol and clothing. Some sunglasses here, but the bulk of the store is fragrances such as aftershave and perfumes. Recommend a quick stop, nothing worth more than 15 minutes...

I was wrongly accused of stealing by a member of staff, without any reason or explanation. She made me empty my bag in front of others, causing unnecessary embarrassment and discomfort. There was no apology or professionalism — just rude and accusatory behavior. This is unacceptable treatment of a customer. I will not be shopping here again and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through such a humiliating experience....
