Requested to buy a venti cup of ice. "No we don't have that" I said I'm willing to pay for it, I just need ice in a large cup. -no there's none of that here I can give you a smaller than a tall. Seriously!? I was willing to pay for a venti drink for a cup of ice for my waterbottle for my flight but that isn't doable. Lime refresher tasted like they rinsed out a container of old lime with water. I instantly gave it back to them. No one offered to remake it, don't even think about getting a free drink voucher for next time like you would in the US. This is NOT how starbucks operates in the states. What a joke. The baristas also move like sloths, people are flying out and do not have time to wait for each drink and item...

Staff was friendly but slightly overwhelmed during the rush. If you’re hoping for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place at peak hours – the playlist battles the milk frother, and the barista wrestles with the next name on a cup.

Bottom line: great for a quick coffee, a casual chat, or a safe first date. One star off for the noise and prices that are starting to feel like stock...

Came here with my other half and three children and had an unexpectedly great experience! The kids were a bit impatient so the three amazing girls that worked there: Paula, Esther, and Naiara were so helpful! Their service, friendliness and professionalism helped turn our experience to a very positive one and the kids and adults left super-satisfied alike.
