I love it here and come every year for last ten years. Went to visit this year and checked their website and Google for opening times. It is not an easy place to get to. Turned up at 345pm after catcjing two buses one of which was late. Their door said not open until 6pm on contradiction to time on the website and internet ok so found somewhere to hang around for two hours I then went back. I was outside about 20 minute then a kind lady came and told us they were on holiday.! Why on earth could they not even put a note on the door!!? Most people would get cover but I understand if they can't do that but put something on website and definitely on the door!! Read moreQuite hidden away so can be easy to miss, but worth a visit for the beer, food was good too - though for English visitors we discovered chips were in fact ready salted crisps, but that's all part of the fun. Service was great and staff chatty when asking about the beers.
My biggest disappointment was dropping in to see the brewery, advertised as drop in anytime, and then told we couldn't see it. This was the reason for driving out to Malpeis (that and bringing a sample of everything available to try) so I was rather disappointed we couldn't see this.

Upon initial interaction we felt very welcomed and were informed about all the available beers and their flavour profiles, as well as our options to try them.
